Іf a ѕhірmеnt іѕ lоѕt іn trаnѕіt, wе wіll contact the courier and they will take over the loss situation. Once we have emailed the courier they take 24-48 business hours to respond, as soon as we have gained a response we will contact you.

We ship Monday - Friday. Any orders past Friday at 3pm EST will be packaged and shipped the next working day.

If a product is out of stock/unavailable we will contact you via email or call to ask if you would like to substitute the product for something else, wait for the item to return in stock or offer a refund for said item. We are unable to ship until we have gained contact, this may cause a delay in shipping.
