pros and cons?

A very common question people have are 'what are the pros and cons of getting my eyelashes done?' 'are there any cons to having eyelash extensions?'

is there anything else i need to know?

They need daily cleansing, period.

If you don't have the time to do this, make time.

Or, rethink if you can have them.. oil and dirt build up can cause irritation and infections. Cleaning them also keeps them looking fluffy and fresh.

You need to be sure your lash artist can meet your expectations.

If you want a uniformed and wispy set- look at their Instagram and ensure they can do this, you don't want to be disappointed in the results!

Don't be afraid to ask questions.

Your professional should be happy to answer any questions you may have- and if they're not, maybe they're not the right lash artist for you! They should be open and honest about their services.

You can still shower with them.

It is such outdated advice that you need to wait 24 hours to get them wet, products have evolved and super bonder is now a thing. Don't be mistaken and think you can't get them wet, you can!!!

Can you commit to regular infills?

You shouldn't remove them yourself: even using oils/Vaseline isn't recommended. You can pull out your natural lashes in the process, always keep up with infills, or have them removed professionally.

If you have a reaction, check what the allergy is.

You can be allergic to an ingredient called 'carbon black' and if that's the case: use a clear glue. If your allergy is cyanoacrylate then you can't have lashes period, this is in all lash glues!
