Item arrived not as described

If the item delivered is physically different from the description, preview or ordered item, you may be entitled to a refund. Please contact us.

I've not received my package

If you not received an order item within 21 days from the date of postage you may be entitled to a refund. We will chase up the order for you for a hassle free experience! Please contact us using the form below.

Refund / Return Items

You may be eligible within 14 days of delivery for a refund or return, please contact us in regards to this.

Exchanging items

You may be eligible for an exchange within 14 days of delivery date.  Exchanging items are at buyers discretion, and you may be responsible for the return payment and delivery! Feel free to reach out in regards to this.

Cancellations

We understand that plans change and you may have to cancel your order, please inform us as soon as possible!

Fraud Orders

We will contact you if this situation arises and will need photographic ID evidence before we fulfill your order.
