When will I get my tracking email?

We will send you an email about the status of your order as soon as the items are delivered to the courier service! These alert emails will develop the tracking number and the courier website details, along with the expected delivery date! They may take 24 business hours to become active.

My package is lost in transit.

If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us at your earliest convenience and we will contact the courier as soon as possible. Once we have reached out to them, they may take up to 48 business hours to respond, as soon as we have gained a response we will contact you! 

I've entered my address incorrectly.

If you have noticed a fault in your address, please contact us as soon as possible! If your order has not been fulfilled, we will be able to change this for you no problem! But if your package has already been sent, we may have to wait until attempted delivery is made to have the package sent back to us! Please contact us as soon as you notice an issue.

How long does delivery take?

We ship Monday - Friday, any orders past Friday 12pm EST will be packaged and shipped the next business working day.


Canada: 3-8 business days

USA: 3-8 business days

Europe: 8-21 business days

Australia/New Zealand: 8-21 business days

My package is delayed.

We always try our best to ensure you get your package as promptly as possible. If a product is out of stock/unavailable we will contact you via email or call to ask if you would like to substitute the product for something else, wait for the item to return in stock or offer a refund for said item.

We are unable to ship until we have gained contact, which may result in a delay in shipping.

If your package is delayed, please contact us and we will be happy to assist!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, of course! You can enter your complete address at the checkout to gain insight on delivery time and pricing. If it is unavailable, please contact us so we can assist.
